If the number of bots is not times of 4, we will add sample AI to make it. Once 4 players are matched, they will be arranged in full arrangement.

Tile Wall & Initial Hand

Tile wall is randomly generated and is divided into 4 subwalls. Each subwall belongs to one position, and the players seated in other positions cannot draw from this subwall.
